
1 Teen mischief. On June 12, a Douglas County Sheriff’s Office deputy responded to the 6600 block of Esparanza Drive in Castle Pines where a man reported some teenagers broke into his car and garage but only stole some beers from the refrigerator.
2 Smelly evidence. On June 12, a deputy talked to a man who lives in the 3500 block of East County Line Road in Highlands Ranch where someone had thrown a softball-sized rock through his hatchback window to his car and left behind a shirt smelling of perfume.
3 Egged and BBed. On June 11, a deputy responded to the 9600 block of Kalamere Courtin Highlands Ranch where someone had egged a man’s roof, front window and side window to the kitchen, as well as shot a BB through a back window.
4 Stolen alcohol. On June 11, a deputy responded to Waterton Tavern,8361 N. Rampart Range Road, where someone had broken into the business’ storage shed and broke and stole several bottles of alcohol, including vodka, totaling about $300.
5 Fence cut. On June 10, a deputy responded to the area of Bayou Gulch Road and Scott Avenue in Parker where someone cut a man’s fence, letting 26 head of cattle out the past weekend. The deputy said they would increase patrol.
6 Phone stolen. On June 10, a deputy responded to Circle K,7530 Village Square Drive in Castle Pines, where an employee had left her iPhone on a counter near the soda machines. It was stolen during the course of helping customers, one of whom she believed stole it. She was not able to track it.
