The Douglas County Coroner has identified a Littleton 4-year-old as the boy who drowned at Chatfield Reservoir on Saturday.
The victim, who was pronounced dead at Littleton Adventist Hospital , was Andres Patrick Sena, according to Lora Thomas, the coroner.
Littleton Fire Rescue responded to a report of a child in the water at about 5:30 p.m. on Saturday.
Sena’s death was caused by drowning, and the death has been ruled an accident, Thomas said.
An investigation of the death is ongoing, said Douglas County Sheriff’s spokesman Sgt. Ron Hanavan.
