During a recent celebrity hockey game in Bedford, Nova Scotia, Avalanche young star Nathan MacKinnon was attacked from behind by Boston Bruins pest Brad Marchand. OK, it was more than a giant hook than an attack — and one of the only ways Marchand could prevent the reigning Calder Trophy winner from scoring — and MacKinnon answered his thwarted breakaway with a playful punch at Marchand before taking his unsuccessful penalty shot.
