It was another glorious Wednesday, and if you just happened to be wandering near the Pepsi Center, you probably asked yourself: “What’s that going on over there? What is everyone wearing? Seriously, what is going on here?”

This is Lady Gaga’s “ArtRave.”
It’s essentially a costume party for “Little Monsters,” Gaga’s devoted followers.
There were cool hats.
None more so than this green one made of faux fur, paired with matching overcoat.
Speaking of green, this woman appeared to be some sort of marijuana fairy godmother. She had a wand.

Though excited to see Mother Monster, these people refused to dance.
These people didn’t.
