at a Denver recreation center were identified Monday morning.
Rigoberto Fernandez and Michael Martinez, both 21, were arrested Sunday night on suspicion of aggravated assault, said Raquel Lopez, a Denver Police Department spokeswoman.
The stabbing happened about 8 p.m. in the parking lot of the Montbello Recreation Center, 15555 E. 53rd Ave., police said.
The victim, a man, was taken to a local hospital in critical condition. Further details on his injuries were not released.
The man was stabbed in the torso after a verbal altercation, according to a police report. The suspects were arrested in Aurora.
The incident remains under investigation, according to police.
