For those keeping score off the field, Sunday was a winning night for the Broncos in terms of TV ratings, too.

NBC’s Colts-Broncos Sunday Night Football opener, in which Denver jumped out to 24-0 first-half lead on Indy, posted a 15.1 rating, 25 share (percent of viewers using television) overnight to rank as primetime’s No. 1 show.

The Denver market had the highest ratings nationally, with a 43.6 rating and whopping 66 share (66 percent of local viewers using television were tuned to the game).
