The Larimer County Sheriff’s Office announced that two boys who were missing on a hunting trip near the Crown Point Road area of Roosevelt National Forest have been found.

The boys had been hunting small game with the group that included juveniles and adults from the Larimer County area, according to a Sheriff’s Office release.

Someone reported the boys, who are 11 and 12-years-old, missing at about 8:15 a.m. Sunday. They were missing overnight, the release said.

The two were armed with .22 caliber rifles, and outfitted with backpacks, survival gear, water and food.
