Two people were killed Monday in Weld County when the vehicle they were riding in was struck by a semi-trailer truck.
According to the Colorado State Patrol, the truck, traveling east on Colorado 14, struck a Dodge pick-up truck or sport-utility vehicle that did not yield at County Road 31.
The female driver and a female child, a passenger in the vehicle, were killed, according to the CSP. A male adult passenger was taken to the Northern Colorado Medical Center with serious injuries. The truck driver was uninjured.
None of the identities have been released.
