Authorities in El Paso County have identified the man killed in a shooting in Calhan on Monday.
Michael Mackey, 30, was killed by multiple gunshot wounds about 12:30 p.m. in the 9800 block of Calhan Highway, the county sheriff’s office said in a news release.
The office arrested Heather Neville, 59, on suspicion of first-degree murder in connection with the case. She is being held at the El Paso County jail without bond.
“The investigation remains active, and additional details will not be released at this time,” the release said.
