A man wielding a gun robbed a Denver bank early Saturday afternoon and then fled with an undisclosed amount of money, police say.
A gunman entered a Wells Fargo Bank on the 7800 block of East Hampden Avenue at 12:20 p.m. and robbed the bank, Sgt. Steve Warneke, Denver police spokesman said.
Police are searching for a white man in his 30s who was wearing a gray, long-sleeved shirt and blue jeans, Warneke said.
No one was hurt during the robbery. Authorities are not releasing the amount of money that was taken from the bank.
