DURANGO, Colo. — Recreational marijuana sales are beginning in Durango.
Durango Organics and Wellness Center, an existing dispensary, is set to start selling recreational marijuana at 10 a.m. Friday morning, nearly nine months after sales began in Denver and other Colorado cities.

Another shop has been licensed but isn t expected to open in October following construction at its building.
