Police in Loveland arrested a man accused of trying to organize group sex with a woman and a juvenile girl.
Jack Levi Kelley, 32, of Fort Collins, “repeatedly made contact with a person he believed to be a juvenile female” through the Internet, police said. He faces charged of Internet sexual exploitation of a child and Internet luring of a child.
Kelley proposed a “sexual encounter” with an adult and a juvenile female, police said. He was arrested Thursday when he arrived at a location he was planning to meet them.
Police ask anyone with information about Kelley, the case or similar criminal activity to call Detective Henry Stucky at (970) 962-2249.
Kelley is being held at the Larimer County jail in lieu of $5,000 bond.
