Perhaps Katy Perry was feeling a little wild when she played Denver on Tuesday.
“I know it’s a school night,” as her show finally hit the Pepsi Center stage just after 9 p.m. Tuesday, “but I’m sorry we’re going to go way late tonight.”
And even though Perry is all too aware and conscious of her young audiences, the pop star still figured out a way to acknowledge Colorado’s liberal cannabis laws in the course of her PG-friendly show.
“It’s legal here,” Perry offered while talking about growing plants in her garden.
