Q: How did you get involved in this business?
A: I love the restaurant business.
Q: What distinguishes you from other businesses in your category?
A: We work hard to give our customers an experience that they can’t get at chain restaurants. Our servers and bartenders work hard to give our customers the kind of personalized attention that only a neighborhood restaurant can give. Plus, we use the best quality ingredients that we can find and prepare all of our entrees fresh daily in our kitchen.
Q: What do you like best about your line of work?
A: Offering our hospitality to our neighbors and seeing them leave happier than when they came in.
Q: What is your business’ biggest challenge?
A: Our location is a little hidden, so many people don’t know we are here.

A: We have a unique Italian wine collection.
