A 46-year-old Colorado Springs man was stabbed while out walking early Wednesday.
Mark Miller told police he was walking near Circle Drive and Galley Road when he was approached by three males between the ages of 15 and 28.
Police said the suspects started an argument with Miller that escalated to his attack shortly after 7 a.m.
Miller is in serious but stable condition at a local hospital, police said.
The suspects have yet to be identified, and the investigation is ongoing.
