Getting your player ready...

Emmanuel Sanders has had three consecutive games of 100 or more receiving yards. (John Leyba, The Denver Post)

Three days after Eric Decker , the to a three-year deal.

There were the expected questions: Could Sanders’ numbers ever come close to Decker’s? Could he be a viable replacement for Denver’s beloved receiver?

Although four games is a small sample size, Sanders has already . In his first four games as a Bronco, he’s recorded 32 receptions for 435 yards (No. 6 in the NFL), while turning in three consecutive 100-yard receiving games to tie a franchise record.

And Decker has noticed.

“I definitely have,” Decker said Wednesday. “I’ve watched all of probably three games; I haven’t seen them all. But he’s playing great. He has a different skillset. Obviously we’re different receivers — his speed, has made some explosive plays, get him out of the backfield sometimes.

“You can do some different things with him and obviously he’s having a lot of success, as I assumed he would. It’s hard not to with a quarterback like Peyton Manning. If you put him in a position and you work hard and do things right, you’re going to see success. He definitely complimented Demaryius (Thomas), and Julius (Thomas) and Wes (Welker) as well over there.”
