Get the first peek inside Oakwood’s big-value Ranch House models at Aurora’s Tollgate Crossing, with Cherry Creek Schools

With the lowest priced new single-family homes in the Cherry Creek Schools district, Oakwood Homes has already scored 30 sales at Tollgate Crossing — 2 miles north of Southlands shopping center — well before any model homes were ready there. But other buyers are waiting to see inside those three “Ranch House” models before making a commitment; and today you can be at Tollgate Crossing when Oakwood gives a first peek.

These models aren’t finished and decorated, say Oakwood’s Allyson Greenberg and Vanise Fuqua, who’ll be on hand to give you a hardhat tour of the “Evergreen,” “Pinehurst” and “Vail” designs nearing completion on Chenango Place just east of Gun Club Road in Aurora. “But even considering how many sales we have, other people are waiting to get inside for a look,” says Fuqua.

You can also see where Oakwood has a “Riviera” ranch that’s on track to deliver after New Year – a whopping 3,710 feet of finished space, with four bedrooms, including a “smart space” upstairs and a finished entertainment center in the basement. The home site, like some others, allows Oakwood to include a day-lighted garden-level basement, and a 2-1/2 car garage. The price is $443,352.

“These prices are allowing people to purchase homes that have never been able to before,” notes Greenberg. You’ll also see Cherry Creek’s Buffalo Trail Elementary, feeding to Fox Ridge/Cherokee Trail middle/high campus – the nearby shops and dining at Southlands, and how well this works for reaching to DTC or DIA. Take Smoky Hill Road east from E-470 to Aurora Parkway, turn north 2.5 miles (becomes Gun Club) to Chenango; or exit 470 at Quincy, turn east to Gun Club, then south.
