Congressman Jared Polis has released an ad talking about education that will air for three weeks on the Broomfield and Larimer cable systems.
“Education is not just a talking point, es,” Polis said in a news release announcing the ad. “From serving on the State Board of Education, starting several schools to working to make college affordable, I have worked tirelessly to ensure a good education is achievable.”
In the post, Polis talks about making college more affordable.
Polis is running for re-election in the 2nd Congressional District, which he has represented since January 2009. He faces Republican George Leing, a fellow Boulder County resident, an attorney and the son of immigrants.
