Getting your player ready...

Broncos outside linebacker Von Miller lost his right contact lens on a tackle Sunday, but not his momentum. He continues his strong season, grading out as the Broncos’ top defender in the victory over the Jets, according to Pro Football Focus. Miller ranks first among all outside linebackers this season, nearly doubling second-ranked Jelani Jenkins’ score. Only the Texans’ J.J. Watt has graded out higher than Miller among all defenders. Miller’s four-game sack streak is currently the longest in the NFL.

Miller continues to play well, and dress well. After the game, he wore silver dress shoes adorned with spikes. “I can’t tell you where I got them,” Miller said.

Footnotes. Wondering how the Broncos held the Jets to 31 yards rushing? Defensive tackles Derek Wolfe and Malik Jackson enjoyed big games, clogging running lanes. … Safety T.J. Ward sat out his first four snaps of the season. Only Rahim Moore and Chris Harris participated in every play Sunday.
