Denver may see record-high temperatures on Wednesday.
The National Weather Service says its forecast calls for a high of 84 degrees; the record high for the date is 82, set in 2011.
Temperatures are expected to drop later in the week, with Thursday’s high predicted at 73 degrees. Temperatures will remain in that range until Sunday when they’ll drop to the upper 60s.
