Getting your player ready...

Sure it’s a little uncouth to ask an opposing player for his autograph during a game. But can you really blame Rocky in this case?

In his first season back since un-retiring (again), Michael Jordan suited up as a player and part-owner of the Wizards in 2001. On March 20, 2002, the Nuggets hosted His Airness and the Wizards in one of Jordan’s final games that year, thanks to a torn cartilage in his right knee that ended his 2001-12 campaign at 60 games. The Wizards crushed the Nuggets in this March game, 107-75, while Jordan turned in seven points, two assists and a pair of steals. It was the second to last time he played at Pepsi Center.
