Modern architecture showcase
Four homes have been selected for the fourth annual Denver Modern Home Tour on Oct. 25. You’ll see energy-efficient homes with reclaimed and recycled siding, a green roofing system, gourmet kitchen, private courtyard, skylights and a fireplace wall. The homes are located in neighborhoods near the University of Denver, River North, Highland and Sloan’s Lake; they’re open from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tickets are $25, $20 in advance; children under 12 get in free. Proceeds benefit Habitat for Humanity of Metro Denver.
