Re: “Customers struggle, but low-cost model boosts Frontier’s fortunes,” Oct. 12 business news story.
Add my name to the list of disgruntled Frontier Airlines customers. Yes, their website is impossible. And should you desire to speak with a human being, the wait is usually 45 minutes. Forty-five minutes to wait to make a reservation? Ask a question? Cancel a reservation on a 24-hour hold? I’ve tried to communicate my dismay to them without success. Count me out from now on.
