This year’s College Music Journal Music Marathon, aka CMJ, is a little light on bands from our neck of the woods. But for the Denver faithful, there are still a handful of shows to make yourself feel at home in the Big Apple.

Most of these bands are affiliated with Denver’s Holy Underground (including , and Oko Tygra), which has been invited back for  this year. You can catch the first showcase on Wednesday at in Manhattan’s East Village, and the second Thursday at in Williamsburg.

Denver-affiliation: Saint Pepsi’s first full-length was released on Denver indie label Keats Collective.
