A Federal Aviation Administration software issue is causing delays at the on Thursday morning.

“All inbound flights being held at their origin until (8 a.m.) due to an equipment outage,” according to FlightAware.com, which was reporting average flight delays of about 40 minutes at the airport as of 7:20 a.m.

The problem was reported about 6:30 a.m. and officials hoped roughly an hour later that the problem had been addressed. The airport hopes to have all operations back to normal about 8:30 a.m.

Fifteen flights were diverted from the airport due to the issue.

Airport officials urged travelers to check their flight status with airlines if traveling Thursday morning.
