Authorities in Douglas County arrested a Highlands Ranch man on Wednesday night accused of exposing his genitals in the children’s section of a Target.
The 23-year-old man, whom authorities are not yet identifying by name because of an ongoing investigation, was arrested after law enforcement received tips from a Metro Area Crime Stoppers alert.
The man is accused of walking into the Target in Highlands Ranch on Oct. 9, and following women who were with their children, the office said. The man apparently exposed himself over a 45-minute window, according to officials.
The man posted $1,750 bond and was released.
