If you still have energy after Halloween there are actually some other shows going on. Bob Dylan, DeVotchKa and more make our picks of best Colorado concerts this week. We’ll be seeing you there, and if you don’t make it out, follow the music musings and our

4) Digitalism — Bluebird Theater, Nov. 1

Maybe you took it easy on Halloween. Maybe you’re a god among partiers. Maybe you haven’t stopped partying since Oct. 31. Whatever your reason is, if you still are looking to dance on Nov. 1, then Digitalism at the Bluebird Theater has you covered. The German electronic duo has been consistently churning out dance music for a decade. And with their extensive catalog, they can keep the party going for a long time.

3) Ab-Soul — Gothic Theatre, Nov. 1

Ab-Soul might be too smart for his own good at times. His lyrics, with clever phrasing and punchy bits of wisdom, might even be too smart for the average listener. As such, he’s been riding in the underground throughout the last few releases of his career. Ab-Soul’s latest album, “These Days…,” hasn’t made quite the splash he would have hoped after much of Black Hippy took off, but maybe, like some of his lyricism, it’s a slow grower.

2) DeVotchKa — Boulder Theater, Nov. 1

DeVotchKa isn’t only one of Colorado’s most successful indie-folk acts, itap also the state’s go to band to celebrate holidays with. Halloween, Day of the Dead, Valentine’s Day — you can always count on the best party of the day. The band returns once again to play the Boulder Theater on Day of the Dead. Last year, DeVotchKa took to the stage in full skeleton face makeup and wearing Ushanka hats and Babushkas. The show even featured aerial acrobatics and a costumed crowd. DeVotchKa brings its theatrical music and performance to the Boulder Theater on Nov. 1. (bouldertheater.com, $32.50)

1) Bob Dylan — Bellco Theatre, Nov. 1

Bob Dylan gets quite a bit of flack these days for his live shows. He can’t sing anymore, he can’t play the guitar, he doesn’t make any of his songs recognizable — they’re all complaints that people throw around in regards to poor Dylan. But, you have to keep in mind that he’s a living legend. Itap a tough truth to come to terms with, but, a Dylan show in 2014 is more of a trip to a museum than a concert. If you’re not cool with that, stay home and listen to the old records, but if you’re interested in seeing one of America’s greatest songwriters in the flesh, then head to the Bellco Theatre on Nov. 1. ($79-$145, bellcotheatre.com)
