“The Sewing Party” is the title of the inaugural sewing and crafting online extravaganza happening Nov. 8. Billed as a combination DIY (Do It Yourself) and SIY (Sew It Yourself), more than 30 interactive classes led by a variety of experts and bloggers are included. “Strips and Bricks Quilts,” “Throw Pillows with Pizzazz” and “Hand-Dyed Baby Rattle” are among the topics. The cost is $40 and includes all the classes for 90 days.
