Review: ★★★★. Good weather for folks who had involved Halloween costumes, including the woman dressed as Ziggy Stardust out trick-or-treating with her kids in the suburbs. I answered the door at my parents’ place and said it was a great costume and she was relieved to have anybody recognize it.
