Brace yourselves, people, might destroy the Internet again.
The realms of social media took off this weekend with rumors that another surprise new Beyonce album is on the way. This apparent leak came in the form of a photo that has been circulating, which is reportedly a due out on Nov. 14.
This release confirmation includes a full track list, and details about a possible 4-disc-set thatap sure to make at least a handful Christmas lists this year.
Vulture’s investigation into the credibility of the image, , seems only to support the authenticity of the leak, pointing to the recent registration of the song “DONK” with the ASCAP (because the masses are clamoring for more for butt songs, apparently). The album’s feature list includes a double dose of Nicki Minaj, an obligatory Jay Z verse, and even an appearance from daughter Blue Ivy.
Beyoncé, still coming off of the momentum of (), is no-doubt royally pissed off if there’s any credence to the leak. As both Vulture and Spin have pointed out, the dates listed on the document do seem a bit odd — the scheduled physical release is on Tuesday, Nov. 25 (which is actually a Monday). But, perhaps the date confusion is like some sort-of final smoke screen? Would anyone put that past Beyoncé/Columbia?
A wild, uneducated guess? “Nov. 25” might translate to “Black Friday”, since Nov. 24 is always generally around/associated with Thanksgiving. And, though all of this is really just conjecture, itap high time to
