Interview with Jamison Crowley, owner
Q: How did you get involved in this business?
A: Since I was young, I have always been fascinated by what the human body is capable of, especially in dynamic athletics. From traditional sports, (soccer, football, basketball, etc.) to non-traditional sports like snowboarding, surfing, wakeboarding, etc. I always found the dynamic human aesthetic amazing. I was both a traditional and nontraditional athlete from a very young age and wanted to learn and invent new ways to train the human body. I learned quickly how important the combination of lifestyle and proper training is to achieving a higher level for yourself, pro-athlete or not. That inspired me to teach others what I have learned over the last 18-plus years.
Q: What distinguishes you from other businesses in your category?
A: What differentiates us from other businesses in our category is our purely individualistic approach to training and nutrition. Building programs for each person based entirely on their life and their goals and, most importantly, teaching people how to understand their own bodies.
Q: What do you like best about your line of work?
A: What I like best about my line of work is the evolution in thinking that is occurring right now. The old way of thinking about traditional training and nutrition is coming to an end in many areas, mainly the “one size fits all” concepts.
Q: What is your business’ biggest challenge?
A: Our biggest challenge is helping people dispel the many myths, theories and opinions in the world of training and nutrition. The truth is that there are a million theories and opinions in the world, but the body never lies.

A: Something people might be surprised by is our “outside the box” way of thinking and the diversity of our clientele.
