Taylor Swift really needs to get over this whole crazy ex-girlfriend thing. In her new video for “Blank Space,” which leaked online this morning, Swift brings out pretty much every crazy ex-girlfriend stereotype. She brandishes a knife, destroys clothing, ruins a car and just about acts like a complete psycho.
Swift is enjoying addressing her public persona in these first few videos from “1989.” Remember the shake it off video? That one was intended to be satirical, but it didn’t go over too well, as The “Blank Space” video, though, once again takes a cheeky look at her public persona, and this one is kinda funny, mostly for Swift’s awesome crazy eyes. We get it, she’s joking, but you can’t help but think that there’s a little bit of truth hidden beneath the humor in this video. Is Swift really a psycho? Probably not, but everyone’s a little bit nuts…
