Chilly city-dwellers can breathe a sigh of relief as a warmer, snow-free week is forecast for the Denver metro area.
Sunday night, temperatures are predicted to dip into the 5 to 10 degree range, said National Weather Service meteorologist Kyle Fredin.
Monday should see temperatures in the low to mid-30s, Fredin said.
As far as snow, Fredin said you can put the shovels away for now.
“We’re going to dry out for a little bit,” he said. “There’s a possible chance of snow next weekend, but it won’t be nearly as cold.”
