COLORADO SPRINGS — One person was found dead after reports of a shooting Sunday night in southeast Colorado Springs, and the gunman remained loose hours after the victim’s body was discovered lying at the end of a driveway.
Colorado Springs police continued searching for the shooter hours after receiving a report of a disturbance with shots fired near Monterey Road and Carmel Drive, police said.
Officers flooded the area in search of the gunman, but no arrests had been made as of 10:30 p.m.
