will bring a past generation of goth rock back to Colorado next year. After playing at Red Rocks Amphitheatre and the 1stBank Center for his last two Colorado appearances, Manson’s show next year will be in the more intimate confines of the Fillmore Auditorium.

Manson plays the Fillmore on Feb. 11 with a special guest to be announced. Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. on Nov. 21 and cost $49.50-$55.

From our review of

“Then again, maybe itap just that no one cares about Marilyn Manson. His time as a newly independent artist seems to have left him unfocused and sloppy. He too had a wide variety of set pieces and costume changes to cycle through, but too often would he moan full phrases into his mic, an indecipherable stew of consonants and expletives. He often rolled around while doing so, but it was impressive to see that he could come so close to bending his legs just beyond his head despite a bit of a gut. Pulling off such posture takes dedication – not rib removal.”

Manson will release his ninth album, “The Pale Emperor,” on Jan. 20.
