That’s Peter Forsberg and his young son, Lennox, at the Hall of Fame in Toronto, where he and Rob Blake, and others, will be inducted into the Hall of Fame tonight. You can read more about Peter, Lennox and much more in in today’s paper. Part I of the two-part series .
The ceremony will be televised on the NHL Network tonight. My guide on my TV says it starts at 5 mountain time on the channel, but I saw other places that it won’t be shown until 6. I guess you just have to tune in to find out. The actual ceremony does start at 5 mountain in Toronto, but I thought it would be shown on tape delay on NHL Net. Hey, I’m not a TV Guide person.
I hope Avs fans watch that, and I also many of you will come out to the Tattered Cover on Colfax tonight, where me and Terry Frei will be signing copies of our new book , which details in depth the Avs’ semi-miraculous season last year (well, regular season anyway).
The speeches of Forsberg and Blake will be shown on the Avalanche’s website by tomorrow morning as well, so there are many ways to see them if you don’t see them live.
