A hiker in Jefferson County’s Centennial Cone Park found a man’s body during a hike Sunday morning, officials said.
Mark Techmeyer, spokesman for the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office, said the body was found about two miles off the trail.
“In the initial investigation, it didn’t appear that there was anything suspicious about the death,” Techmeyer said. “But we’ll know a lot more tomorrow.”
