11 MODELS of graco strollers

Details: Model names are Aspen, Breeze, Capri, Cirrus, Glider, Kite, LiteRider, Sierra, Solara, Sterling and TravelMate Model Strollers and Travel Systems.Strollers with a manufacture date from Aug.t 1, 2000, to Sept. 25, 2014, are included. Model numbers and the date of manufacture are on the white label at the bottom of the stroller leg just above the rear wheel. They were sold at Target, Toys R Us, Walmart and other stores and online. Why: The folding hinge can pinch a child’s finger, posing a laceration or amputation hazard.

Incidents:

11 reports of injuries including six reports of fingertip amputation, four reports of partial-fingertip amputation and one finger laceration.

How many: About 4.7 million in the U.S., about 202,000 in Canada and about 10,300 in Mexico.

Cool Draft Misting Fans

Details: Midpressure and high-pressure misting fans that fit on top of 15-gallon yellow or orange round Igloo coolers or on top of gray 40-gallon water tanks. Cool Draft by Ventamatic is printed on a sticker on the fan’s water tank and is printed on a sticker in the center of all of fans.

Why: The fan’s wiring is not properly grounded, posing electric shock and fire hazards.

Incidents:

Two reported, including one electric shock injury.

vENMAR Air exchangers

Details: Air exchangers with and without heat recovery sold under different brands and used to circulate air in and out of homes. Air exchangers are painted blue or gray and were manufactured from January 2002 through May 2008. They have brand and model information written on a silver or black label on the outside panel.

Why: The motor can overheat, posing a fire hazard to consumers.

Incidents: Four new reports in relation to this recall expansion.

How many: About 108,000 in the United States (an additional 77,500 previously recalled in March 2007, December 2007 and June 2011) and about 207,000 in Canada.

Tankless gas water heaters

Details: All models of single- and dual-purpose Coaire and Quietside brand tankless gas water heaters. The recalled items heat either 4 or 7.2 gallons of water per minute. They are white and come in the following dimension ranges: 25-28 inches tall x 15-19 inches wide x 8-14 inches thick. The words “S-Line Condensing” are on the top front and brand names “Coaire” or “Quietside” are on the bottom front.

Why: The water heaters can overheat, posing a fire hazard.

Incidents: 40 reports, including four involving burned walls.

How many: About 29,000 in the United States and 2,200 in Canada
