Here’s the scenario: Week 6. Fourth quarter, Cowboys down three on 3rd-and-20 at their own 31. Dallas quarterback Tony Romo escapes two potential sacks and eyes Williams down field, along the right sideline. Romo launches, and Williams pulls in the ball while dragging both feet to stay in bounds. Cowboys get the first down and, three plays later, they go on to score the winning touchdown.
