The driver of a semi-trailer whose vehicle rolled Tuesday afternoon while hauling eggs through Larimer County on Interstate 25 has died.
The Colorado State Patrol announced on Twitter at 4:30 that the driver had died after being taken to the Medical Center of the Rockies.
The one-vehicle crash happened about 12:30 p.m. in the northbound lanes of the interstate, according to the state patrol. The semi-trailer rolled into the median on the left side of the highway.
The crash hindered traffic in the area, according to Trooper Nate Reid.
