Westminster this week named David Frankel, who has been with the Mesa County attorney’s office for 14 years, as its new city attorney.
Frankel, who will be paid an annual salary of $168,000, will start his new position Jan. 12.
Frankel has served as assistant county attorney and chief assistant county attorney, in addition to his current role as acting county attorney in Mesa County.
He will replace Marty McCullough.
