1 Suspect tries to make off with coats. On Nov. 15, Denver police responded to a possible theft at the Sheraton Hotel, 1550 Court Place. The suspect was in the lower concourse area taking several coats from vendors to put on a coat rack; however, the woman tried to take off with the coats.
2 Bar patron curses at customers, graffitis bathroom. A man was arrested Nov. 12 after he caused a disturbance and vandalized Cold Crush bar, 2700 Larimer St. Denver police responded and spoke to the manager, who said the suspect entered the bar shouting obscenities at patrons. He then went into the bathroom and wrote graffiti on the walls.
3 Fight at McDonald’s. On Nov. 12, Denver police responded to a fight at McDonald’s at 50th Avenue and Federal Boulevard. The reporting party did not know what started the fight, but the suspect punched a man in the face.
4 Suspects wielding shotgun rob man. A man was robbed Nov. 14 after he was confronted by suspects in the 3100 block of West Center Avenue. Denver police contacted the victim, who said the assailants wore masks and one held a shotgun. After taking the victim’s money, one of the suspects struck the man in the head before fleeing.
5 Woman’s car hit with rocks. A woman called Denver police Nov. 14 after her car was hit with rocks in the 7300 block of East Hampden Avenue. The woman told police she was at a stoplight attempting to turn right when a woman crossing the street flipped her off. The victim’s daughter yelled an obscenity back to the woman, who then threw rocks at the car.
