Do you remember when Zach Galifianakis smoked a joint on HBO’s “Real Time with Bill Maher”?
The conversation on California’s pot-legalizing Prop 19 in November of 2010 was a familiar one, and Maher’s panel, which included Galifianakis, was having fun with it while also seriously discussing its pros and cons.
“Itap a tricky thing politically to jump on that bandwagon, ’cause I think that maybe people see it as taboo still,” Galifianakis said before quickly grabbing a lighter and joint from his pocket. As you’ll see in the video above, he lit it and smoked it — and even passed it down the panel.
What you won’t see in the video: It wasn’t a marijuana joint.
First it was . Then Maher confirmed what HBO had said.
“I think it was cloves or something,” . “If it was a real joint, Wolf, I would have smoked it … Zach’s crazy, he’s not that crazy.”
Galifiankis is clearly a fan of pot humor. Remember when ? That was definitely awesome.
