A man accused of driving under the influence is set to be arraigned Monday morning in Arapahoe County court.
Ever Olivos-Gutierrez , 40, faces eight counts, , in the death of Juan Carlos Dominguez-Palomino.
Police allege Olivos-Gutierrez ran a red light, slamming his Ford Expedition into a Chevrolet Camaro driven by Dominguez-Palomino.
Dominguez-Palomino was on spring break from Aurora West College Preparatory Academy and was driving home from a friend’s house.
Olivos-Gutierrez, who records show had at the time of the late March crash, was living in the country illegally, police said.
Olivos-Gutierrez is being at the Arapahoe County jail without bond.
