Members of the Colorado Symphony Orchestra rehearse at Boettcher Concert Hall. (Jamie Cotton, Denver Post file)
Re: “For classical music, a dramatic turn toward the small,” Nov. 30 entertainment story.
Thank you for the article on Community Orchestras and their growing popularity. The Colorado Symphony is not that much more expensive, however. There are many options at different prices for really good seats. We’ve been attending for two years, now, with a program called FlexTix. We purchase six tickets at about $35 apiece for any concert during the year. The Monday before our concert, we call in and get the best seats available.
