Work on the Colorado Center Bicycle and Pedestrian Bridge over I-25 between Colorado Boulevard and East Evans Avenue will require full closure of the interstate on the evening of Dec. 18 and again Dec. 22.
The schedule on both nights, weather-permitting, is:
• Lane closures begin at 8 p.m.
• Full closure of northbound traffic at 10 p.m.
• Full closure of southbound traffic at 11 p.m.
The interstate reopens in both directions at 5:30 a.m.
During those two closures of I-25, Denver Public Works encourages regional through traffic to avoid the area altogether by using I-225, I-70, C-470, E-470 or any other alternate route.
