A Feb. 5 arraignment on a charge of felony possession of child pornography has been set for Terry Kiernan, the ex-director of one of Broomfield’s most prominent charities.
Kiernan was charged this summer with felony possession of thousands of images of child pornography after a search warrant was executed at Broomfield FISH, a food pantry and housing assistance nonprofit.
He was scheduled to be arraigned Dec. 11, but it was continued.
The FISH board of directors asked Kiernan to resign in June, as soon as it was made aware of the investigation.
