The Denver District Attorney’s Office has charged two men as accessories to murder in connection with the discovery of a dead body earlier this month.
Zar Yar, 23, and Yer Zit, 26, are both charged with being an accessory to first-degree murder, tampering with evidence and abuse of a corpse.
On Dec. 4, Denver police found a body in the alley in the 1300 block between Xenia and Xanthia streets. They later located a crime scene in an apartment nearby. Yar and Zit were the next day.
The pair are scheduled to appear in Denver County Court on Thursday.
