A man faces five charges, including a pair of felonies, after being accused of ramming his wife’s vehicle with his own while their 5-year-old daughter was inside.
The Denver district attorney’s office announced Wednesday that Jose Sarabia-Martinez, 34, is charged with menacing, criminal mischief, child abuse and two counts of reckless endangerment.
Officials said that on Sunday at about 10:30 a.m., Sarabia-Martinez chased his wife’s vehicle south on Sheridan Boulevard and rammed it while his young child was a passenger.
Sarabia-Martinez is scheduled to appear in Denver County Court on Dec. 30.
