Rod and Kelly Myrtle of Thornton are this week’s winner of a $25 gift card for their light display, which they call “Santa’s Cartoon Village.” It’s only their second year creating the display, which uses 10,000-plus lights and traditional characters: Santa, Rudolph, snowmen. It takes them two weeks to get the display right, working on it a little bit each night and on Sundays. “The children’s faces are priceless,” Kelly e-mailed The Denver Post.

You can still upload a photo of your holiday light display and possibly win a $25 gift card — just go to lights and follow the instructions. But you’ve got to get it in no later than midnight, Dec. 23.
